Emergency Food Shelf
Providing Immediate Aid and Connecting Individuals and Families with Resources to Help Them on their Journey to Self-Sustained Success
360 Communities is the network of food shelves serving our neighbors in Dakota County. But we are here to do more than just give handouts - we give a hand up!
Currently 360 Communities operates a network of five food shelf locations in Dakota County, including Apple Valley, Burnsville, Lakeville, Rosemount, and Farmington, MN. Each year staff and volunteers serve more than 10,000 individuals, helping them on their path toward self-sustained success.
360 Communities' food shelves will provide documents in alternate formats such as large print or on computer disk upon request in order to serve people with disabilities. Persons with disabilities may also contact our food shelves using the Minnesota Relay Service by dialing 1.800.627.3529.
