Community Resources

Our Resource Centers in Burnsville and Rosemount promote healthy and supported families. Staff and volunteers work alongside individuals and families to identify and remove barriers to success.  They connect people with emergency financial aid and other resources in the community.

Our Housing Intervention & Support Services team can meet with tenants notified by Dakota County courts of an upcoming eviction hearing. Please call our main line and ask to connect to Housing Intervention and Support Services. (952) 985-5300. Click here for more information about how we can help.

360 Communities’ five food shelves prioritize stocking and layout of our stores so that healthy food options are more accessible to our guests. In addition, our food shelf guests receive referrals to other 360 Communities programming and resources.

Armful of Love provides a circle of giving and receiving by connecting gift sponsors with families in need during the holiday season.
