Community Resources
360 Communities Family Resource Centers in Burnsville and Rosemount promote healthy, self-directed and supported families. Staff and volunteers partner with individuals and families to identify and remove barriers to success and connect people with emergency financial aid and other resources in the community.
Our network of five food shelves offer healthy choice shopping and referrals to other 360 Communities programming and resources. Our pantries prioritize the stocking and layout of our food shelves so that healthy food options are more accessible for our guests.
Our holiday gift program Armful of Love provides a circle of giving and receiving by connecting gift sponsors with families in need.
