We can:

*We offer violence prevention and intervention resources

• Help you identify and take steps to overcome barriers to housing
• Navigate school, county, and community resources
• Provide resources for housing search and availability
• Advocate on your behalf with potential landlords
• Explore potential financial assistance
• Offer continued support for your family after housing is established
