Founded more than 50 years ago, 360 Communities delivers safety and stability with programs that provide healthy food and resources, promote safe and healthy relationships, and ensure student success. The help we provide today creates hope for the future.
360 Communities invests in our neighbors. With targeted financial support, we prevent evictions and help families secure housing. In schools, we wrap resources around families to increase student engagement and attendance. Our team enhances the quality of the child care network in Dakota, Scott, and Carver counties. Staff and volunteers in our food shelves connect families and individuals with the nutrition and resources they need for stability.
360 Communities is the only organization in Dakota County actively working to break the cycle of violence. We provide prevention services and offer a safe haven at our Lewis House shelter for individuals escaping domestic and sexual violence.
