Benefits Package

Benefits Package – All employees scheduled and working at least 20 hours per week, 1000 hours per 12-month year are eligible for benefits.  Elected insurance begins on the first of the month following employee hire date. 360 Communities strives to provide benefits that meet employee and family needs.

  • Health – Three affordable and quality insurance plan options. Choices include a co-pay plan and two high-deductible health plans.
