Our ability to deliver safety and stability that improves lives is a direct result of the people who work at 360 Communities. That’s why we offer competitive wages and recognize the importance of an excellent benefits package for both full-time and part-time staff.

360 Communities values the wellbeing of our staff and recognizes paid time off has physical and psychological health benefits. We offer paid time off to all staff working more than 20 scheduled hours per week.

Full-time employees earn up to two weeks of vacation at the start of their employment, and that amount gradually increases to five weeks after ten years of employment. Part-time employees accrue at a prorated rate according to their hours.

360 Communities recognizes the importance of a separate bank of sick time for the health and safety of all staff and their families.  Full-time employees accrue eight hours of sick time per month, and part-time employees accrue at a prorated rate according to their hours.

Parental leave is an important option for families.  360 Communities offers eight weeks of paid parental leave associated with the birth or adoption of an employee’s child.

360 Communities observes ten standard holidays and offers three floating holidays to allow staff to take paid time off when their own religious or traditional practices don’t match the standard holiday schedule.
