360 Communities values the wellbeing of our staff and recognizes that taking vacation time can have physical and psychological health benefits. We offer vacation to all staff working more than 20 scheduled hours per week and encourage staff to fully use their accrued vacation each year. 360 Communities recognizes the importance of sick time for the health and safety of all staff and their families

  • Full-time employees accrue up to three weeks of vacation at the start of their employment, depending on the position. Part-time employees accrue at a prorated rate according to their hours.

  • Full-time employees accrue eight hours of sick time per month, and part-time employees accrue at a prorated rate according to their hours.

  • 360 Communities observes ten standard holidays and offers three floating holidays to allow staff to take paid time off when their own religious or traditional practices don’t match the standard holiday schedule.
