Delivering safety and stability that improves lives starts with building trusting relationships, and Doreen L’Allier knows all about that. 360 Communities has developed expertise in this area over the course of more than 45 years in the nonprofit space. Across our program areas, our staff and volunteers stabilize crises, provide support, goal planning and advocacy, and break cycles of violence and poverty. But it all starts with a strong, trusting relationship. That is how 360 Communities creates hope for the future.
No one in our organization has done this work longer than Community Resource Worker Doreen L’Allier. Doreen has served 360 Communities in a variety of capacities for more than three decades with admirable passion and commitment. She has positively impacted thousands of lives, including clients, staff, and volunteers. On October 3rd, she began a new journey: a well-earned retirement. While her departure is a tremendous loss for 360 Communities, we take heart in knowing that she has mentored and coached scores of staff and volunteers over the years. Doreen is one of the core reasons 360 Communities is exceptional at building trusting relationships.
Best wishes to Doreen in her well-deserved retirement!
