360 Communities held its first HOPE Clinic at our Burnsville Resource Center on April 23rd. Our resource center staff are helping clients at HOPE clinics with applications for COVID-19-related rental assistance, screening for other available financial aid, resource navigation and referrals, access to legal kiosks, and emergency food connection.

The HOPE clinics will be held every week alternating between Burnsville and Rosemount. On the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month, the clinic will be held at the Rosemount Resource Center from 10 am to Noon. On the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, the clinic will be held at the Burnsville Resource Center from 2 pm to 4 pm.
